LEAH JOHNSON HAS THE NIGHT OFF..

TWO WARNER ROBINS SISTERS DIED AFTER A CAR ACCIDENT WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
SEVENTEEN YEAR OLD LESLIE SULLIVENT DIED TONIGHT AT THE MEDICAL CENTER OF CENTRAL GEORGIA..
HER ELEVEN YEAR OLD SISTER BRIDGETTT DIED LAST NIGHT ACCORDING TO THE COUNTY HOUSTON SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
ELEANOR LISSITZYN HAS MORE ON THE TWO GIRLS WHO LEFT THEIR MARKS ON THE COMMUNITY..
BOTH SULLIVENT SISTERS WERE TALENTED SOFTBALL PLAYERS... AND WARNER ROBINS LITTLE LEAGUE PRESIDENT JIMMY DUNN SAYS THE TIGHT KNIT COMMUNITY IS SHOCKED AND IN PAIN.
THE FLAG OUTSIDE THE LITTLE LEAGUE'S SOUTHEASTERN REGIONAL HEADQUARTERS WAS AT HALF- MAST TODAY...  DUNN SAYS THEY WILL ALSO HOLD A MOMENT OF SILENCE DURING THIS SATURDAY'S OPENING CEREMONY... IN MEMORY OF THE SISTERS.
BRIDGETT WAS SCHEDULED TO PLAY LITTLE LEAGUE THIS SEASON.... LESILIE WAS A FORMER PLAYER...
HE SAYS THE GIRLS' TEAMMATES WILL BE ASKED TO WEAR THEIR  UNIFORMS TO THE FUNERAL SERVICES.
BOTH BOYS AND GIRLS LITTLE LEAGUE PLAYERS WILL BE WEARING PATCHES ON THEIR UNIFORMS THIS SEASON WITH THE NUMBER SEVEN ON THEM... THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN BRIDGETT'S TEAM NUMBER.
LESLIE WAS A JUNIOR AT VETERANS HIGH SCHOOL.
SHE POSTED A BIOGRAPHY TO A SOFTBALL RECRUITMENT WEBSITE...
IN IT... SHE WROTE... 'AT ONE TIME SOMEONE ASKED MY LITTLE SISTER HOW SHE GOT INTO PLAYING AND WHO SHE LOOKED UP TO... AND SHE SAID 'MY BIG SISTER.'
BRIDGETT WAS A SIXTH GRADER AT MOSSY CREEK MIDDLE SCHOOL.
LITTLE LEAGUE OFFICIALS SAY THEY PLAN TO WORK WITH THE FAMILY TO COME UP WITH A PERMANENT MEMORIAL FOR BOTH GIRLS.
THE HOUSTON SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAYS THE SULLIVENT'S CAR CROSSED THE CENTER LINE LAST NIGHT ON HIGHWAY 96 AND COLLIDED WITH ANOTHER CAR.
FIVE PEOPLE IN THAT CAR WERE INJURED.

TONIGHT... THE BIBB COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD APPROVED NEW SUPERINTENDENT ROMAIN DALLEMAND'S PLAN TO CUT 10 CENTRAL OFFICE JOBS.
BOARD MEMBERS VOTED UNANIMOUSLY IN FAVOR OF CHANGES THAT ELIMINATE 16 FULL TIME POSITIONS... AND CREATE MORE THAN SIX NEW FULL AND PART TIME JOBS.
LAUREN DISPIRITO SHOWS YOU WHERE HE'LL MAKE CUTS  AND WHAT BOARD MEMBERS HAD TO SAY ABOUT THE CHANGES.
Nats "we owe it to our children to improve the system, we owe it to this community"

SUPERINTENDENT ROMAIN DALLEMAND CITED LOW GRADUATION RATES... AROUND 45 PERCENT... AND TEST SCORES SHOWING THOUSANDS FALLING BEHIND IN MATH AND READING... AS REASON TO CUT A TOTAL OF TEN CENTRAL OFFICE JOBS.

AT THE END OF JUNE... HE'LL ELIMINATE 16 JOBS... BUT RESHAPE OR ADD OTHERS.
SIX ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT JOBS WILL BE REDUCED TO 3 ASSOCIATE SUPERINTENDENTS.. ONE FOR EACH OF THE THREE ZONES HE'LL DIVIDE SCHOOLS INTO.

Romain Dallemand: "those are the individuals who will supervise the principals and they will work directly with the schools"

HE'LL CUT 7 DIRECTORS... BUT ADD ONE TO RUN THE DISTRICT'S NEW WELCOME CENTER AND BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE COMMUNITY. HE SAYS THE CHANGES ADD UP TO A SAVINGS OF NEARLY 1 MILLION DOLLARS TO PUT TOWARDS STUDENTS.

Romain Dallemand: "we know that we are facing budget cuts, we need to look at how we can do the job better for less."

BOARD MEMBERS MET WITH DALLEMAND BEHIND CLOSED DOORS FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR BEFORE VOTING IN FAVOR OF HIS PLAN.

Tom Hudson, board member: "I thought it was an excellent plan I thought it was well thought out, we can't keep doing the same thing and expect different results."

TOMMY BARNES CALLED THE CHANGES A BOLD STEP.

I think when you bring in someone from the outside with a fresh perspective they redefine the things you've always looked at and I think that's what Dr. Dallemand has done, the difference is a lot of people have pointed out our flaws and pointed out the things we haven't done well, he's the first to point them out and then offer a solution."

THE NEW ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE TAKES EFFECT JULY FIRST.
