<<"I looked through the divorce papers judge bill reinhardt ordered unsealed Thursday. Ther detail the divorce negotiations between Congressman Scott and his ex-wife Leigh Jordan, and their custody battle over their son Wells. The documents show the former couple made accusations toward each other, questioning each other's parental qualifications. Scott said his exwife abused alcohol and prescription drugs while Jordan.said scott had erratci and inconsisten behavior and used alcohol as an escape method and was involved with pornographic materials. These allegations however were followed by a series of testimonies from character witnesses -- friends and family of the pair -- who claimed neither had substance abuse problems and vouched for their good morals. Documents show the divorce which was granted in june 2001 gave Parents shared rights to the child. in tift county, vanessa ruffes 13wmaz eyewitness news.">> THE PAPERS WERE SEALED THREE YEARS AFTER THE SCOTTS' DIVORCE.
