Makers of "42" say they expect to continue filming in Macon through at least next Wednesday.

The city of Macon has released a schedule of street closings connected to the filming.

The schedule is tentative and subject to change due to factors like the weather.

Here is the list of closings;

Thursday, June 14: Fifth and Cherry streets will be closed near Terminal Station.

Friday, June 15: Second Street will be closed between Cherry Street and Cotton Avenue.

Monday, June 18: Third Street will be closed between Cherry and Poplar streets.

Evening of Monday, June 18: Plum Street will be closed at Second and Third streets.

Filming continued Wednesday at Luther Williams Field, where they're filming baseball-game scenes.

"42" tells the story of how Jackie Robinson broke baseball's color barrier in 1947. Parts of Macon are standing in for Daytona Beach; Sanford, Fla.; Brooklyn, N.Y. and possibly other locations.

Wednesday morning, crews were busy turning a stretch of Second Street businesses into a Brooklyn streetscene. Jennoelly's Pizza became a barber shop and Sid's Sandwich Shop a hardware.
